branding / style guide

This style guide was developed and shared for internal and external partners as a guide for visual composition, styling, and typography. Links to templates such as speaker PowerPoints, signage, and Demand Generation were included to serve as a basis for any creative assets. This ensured creative consistency for all mediums including digital and print.

web / figma

Web modules for the marketing website were created within Figma and shared with devs within the team. Each module was standardized and developed for a seamless pick and swap ability. This helped ease any updates needed on the fly while partnering with various channel owners to promote the event.

social

Various social posts were created to help with promotion leading up to, and during the event. It was important to deliver messaging efficiently, while at the same time keeping visual interest and consistency for each post. We achieved this by developing templates with different timeframes to be paired with appropriate messaging.

digital templates

Templates for various digital ad placements. These were made to be flexible for multiple platforms and different copy lengths.

print signage templates

A new look and feel for signage templates were developed to enhance legibility and help attendees navigate through the event. These templates were standardized from messaging, iconography, and placement of where each individual sign would live within the venue.
